Can digitab work with the screens we already own?
Yes. Install the digitab Smart screen app on a supported display, or connect a digitab External player to another screen. Both use the same cloud workspace and monthly packages. An External player has a one-time setup fee per player based on location.
Do you have an app for smart screens, or do we need extra hardware?
Both options are available. The Smart screen app connects to your workspace and caches content for offline playback, just like the External player. If your screen supports the app, you do not need extra hardware and can start with the guided trial.
Is the external player included in the guided trial?
No. The Smart screen app is free to try for 7 days because there is nothing to ship. The External player is a physical device with a one-time location-based setup fee, so we confirm the setup with you before sending one.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
Content that has already synced stays cached on the player or app and keeps playing. It picks up new updates as soon as the connection returns.
Can each branch display different content?
Yes. Assign content to an individual screen, a branch, a custom location group, or the complete network from the same dashboard.
How quickly can our team update content?
Upload your media, choose the screens, and publish from the digitab dashboard. Updates are sent remotely, so your team does not need to visit each location.
Can digitab schedule recurring campaigns?
Yes. Set start and end dates, times, and repeat rules for a campaign, then assign it to the screens or location groups that should receive it.
